Lift On — Orders & Returns

Digital products

All digital products are non-refundable.

Under US law, merchants are not required to offer refunds on digital goods when the policy is clearly stated before purchase (FTC Cooling-Off Rule, 16 CFR Part 429, which explicitly excludes online transactions). Under EU law, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, provided the buyer gives informed consent at checkout (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16m).

When you complete your purchase, you confirm that you have read this and agree.

If your file does not download or is corrupted, contact us within 7 days. We will resolve it.

Physical products

Every physical item is produced individually when you order it. Because each item is made to order, it is not subject to the standard right of return under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16c) or under US retail law, where no return obligation exists for custom goods.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for size, preference, or change of mind.

We will send a replacement if:

  • Your package was visibly damaged by the carrier, with the sealed outer packaging intact as evidence
  • There is a production defect visible before the item was opened or used

To request a replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the sealed outer packaging showing the damage
  • Photos of the defect on the item itself
  • Your order number

We review each case individually.
