1. ABOUT US
This website is operated by Lift On, trading as Lifton.space. For legal information about who operates this website, see our Legal Notice page. For all questions contact connect@lifton.space. This website is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are made directly with Lifton.space. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and us.
2. WHO THESE TERMS APPLY TO
By visiting or purchasing from Lifton.space, you agree to these Terms. They apply to all customers worldwide, including customers in the United States and the European Union. Where US and EU law differ, we specify which rules apply to each. EU customers retain all statutory rights granted under EU consumer protection law, regardless of any other provision in these Terms.
3. WHAT WE SELL
Digital products — downloadable files including guides, PDFs, and design resources.
Physical products — fine art prints, apparel, and other merchandise produced on demand by our printing partner and shipped directly to you.
We reserve the right to change, discontinue, or limit availability of any product at any time without notice.
4. PRICES
All prices are shown in euros (EUR). Prices do not include applicable local taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once accepted, we may be unable to cancel or modify your order. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered by download link immediately after payment is confirmed. You will receive access via the email address provided at checkout. Please save your files after download — access links are available for a limited time.
7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — REFUNDS
For all customers: Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
For EU customers: By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the download begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
If you experience a technical problem with your download — for example, a corrupted file or a failed delivery — contact us within 7 days at connect@lifton.space and we will resolve it.
8. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — DELIVERY
Products are produced on demand. Each product is made specifically for your order. Production takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–15 business days after production is complete. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
9. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because each product is custom-produced to your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference — for example, if the print does not match your interior, or if you change your mind after ordering.
For EU customers: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Our products qualify as custom goods under this exemption.
For all customers: If your product arrives damaged or with a production defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at connect@lifton.space with a photograph of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All images, designs, and content on this website are the property of Lift On and are protected by applicable copyright law. Products purchased are licensed for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially in any form.
If you submit a review or feedback, you grant us permission to display it publicly on our website or social channels, credited to your first name only.
11. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order is placed.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Our printing partner, Shopify, and other service providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Our digital products are for personal inspiration and reference only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our design materials.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifton.space is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
For EU customers: Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under EU law.
15. PROHIBITED USE
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website to violate any law, infringe on intellectual property, transmit harmful code, scrape or harvest data, or engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity. We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
16. AUTOMATED AGENTS
No automated software or AI agent may access, scrape, or interact with our website without our written permission. Any agent that accesses our services must identify itself clearly in its request headers and may not mimic human behavior or bypass security measures.
17. GOVERNING LAW
For US customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts. By purchasing from us, you consent to this jurisdiction.
For EU customers: These Terms are governed by Spanish law. However, as an EU consumer you also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. You may also access the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. We will notify you of material changes where required by law. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force.
